Volleyball

Our Volleyball academy is a focused camp directed towards all levels of athletes. Expect comprehensive skill development in a more competitive environment from our accomplished coaches. All the aspects of the game are developed in a series of drills and exercises focused on passing, setting, hitting, and serving. This co-ed program helps each athlete develop the fundamental skills of the game through game-speed drills and scrimmages aimed at developing the whole player. Special emphasis is also placed on vertical leap development and agility to maximize each players abilites.

Baseball is known as America’s pastime. This team sport is sure to hit a home run with your young athlete. The primary focus is on teaching the fundamental skills of baseball - fielding, catching, throwing, hitting, and base running - while infusing each athlete with the exciting spirit of the game.

Gymnastics

SUPERGYM’S Gymnastics offers classes for girls and boys 18 months of age and older. We are a fun gymnastics program that is dedicated to helping every child reach their fullest potential, both physically and mentally. We believe gymnastics training provides the best possible foundation in physical fitness, emphasizing the development of strength, flexibility and coordination, the basics of all sports. Regardless of their physical talents, all children benefit from gymnastics activities. Be the Best Basketball Skill Classes

Each class will be focusing on a specific skill that you may need to either improve on, or just feel the need to keep working consistently to improve. These are group training classes where you will be working with certified coaches with your peers on the common goal of enhancing your ability to perform that skill on a high level.

Mini Camps

Our Mini Camps are designed to offer athletes 1 to 3 day intensives where specific skills are addressed in great detail to create immediate impact in the player's game.
