What is a Training Membership?

It is designed for those who are busy. Even if you work long hours, or have a handful of kids you can still manage to achieve a great physique. You will be amazed how fast our effective program can help you achieve the body of your dreams.

What to Expect?

Training is based on high intensity fat burning workouts with minimal rest periods. Similar to a circuit workout, but geared more towards working every muscle group, cardio is structured into each workout for short durations.
  • Dynamic Warm up – 10 minutes
  • Core Strength – 25 minutes
  • Interval Cardio – 25 minutes

How Long Does This Take?

Training memberships allow anyone to achieve results from just 3 effective workouts. We ideally would want people to follow a schedule 3 times a week, however positive results will occur after a single session.
